The hotel offers stunning sea views and large balconies to enjoy the landscape, with rooms that are very clean and comfortable. However, the hotel seems understaffed for the services provided, leading to delays in room allocation. The pricing may seem high considering the remote location of the hotel.
The hotel offers very comfortable rooms with a nice balcony and good views but may not be ideal for couples due to the bed setup. The service provided was very friendly and supportive, enhancing my overall experience during my stay in the UAE.
The hotel provides spacious rooms, but the noise from nearby construction affected our relaxation. On the bright side, thanks to Ms. Fawzia, we got upgraded to a beautiful suite. The split AC and door issue were minor inconveniences.
The hotel offers good value for money with clean and comfortable rooms, although the noise from the road and car park can be a bit disturbing at times. The service was excellent, especially with the waived extra guest fee. The location is convenient with easy access to Bassa Beach, but the oversight on towels was a drawback. The dining experience had its ups and downs, and the outdoor buffet was not always warm. Overall, a decent stay with some areas for improvement.
